We’re happy to share some news about the Rocketrip team. Today we announced that Emily Hurd has been made SVP of Operations and Kevin O’Neill has been made SVP of Product & Engineering. In their new roles, Emily and Kevin will continue the great work they’ve been doing since they joined the company in 2014.
Rocketrip Names Senior Vice Presidents
NEW YORK, Jan. 13, 2017 — Rocketrip, the leading technology platform for reducing corporate travel expenses, today named two Senior Vice Presidents. Emily Hurd, previously VP of Operations, will now serve as SVP of Operations, while Kevin O’Neill, formerly VP of Product & Engineering, will serve as SVP of Product & Engineering. These promotions prepare Rocketrip to build its team under proven leaders who have helped the company achieve strong market traction and 300% annual customer growth.
Emily Hurd joined Rocketrip in October 2014 as VP of Business Development & Marketing. An experienced startup leader, Hurd has overseen multiple facets of Rocketrip’s operations, from marketing and business intelligence, to customer success and BPO. She established many of the strategies and practices that have fueled Rocketrip’s success, naturally growing into the company’s lead operational role.
Kevin O’Neill also joined Rocketrip in October 2014, as VP of Product & Engineering, having previously served in leadership roles at companies including Workbrain, Infor, and Destiny Solutions. At Rocketrip he has led the development of new features such as the Insights analytics dashboard, while refining Rocketrip’s patented budgeting algorithms. As SVP of Product & Engineering, he will continue to build the technologies that make Rocketrip the leading platform for reducing corporate travel costs.
